Guided tour of the Lamborghini factory and museum.
Lamborghini has been based in the village of Sant’Agata Bolognese, about 21 miles from Bologna, since the company was born in 1963, and that’s still where the cars are made today. But in addition to the Lamborghini factory, the complex at Sant’Agata Bolognese also includes a top-notch museum of Lamborghinis, from vintage cars to race cars to concept cars.

11.20 AM:

Private tasting at a balsamic vinegar maker.
Modena Balsamic Vinegar is probably the most precious food product, natural but developed by man, in the world. At an auction in 2007 100ml of the product was sold for 1700 euros. The main difference between the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and other vinegars is that standard balsamic vinegars are made from instant mixtures or wine vinegars, and often include additives. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is based only on grapes must and juice, which is reduced by a third after cooking it for about 10hours, and is then left to ferment for many years in a set of wood barrels.

12.20 AM:
driving-tour
20 minute test drive in the Ferrari F430 (other Ferraris available on request).
A test drive along the roads of Maranello to experience the thrill of driving a state of the art sportscar. We have a selection of models on request.

Lunch:
Cavallino
Lunch at the ‘Cavallino’, arguably the best restaurant in Maranello
"Il Cavallino", now owned by Ferrari, is located right across the street from the factory entrance. Enzo himself used to have a small private room over there where he had lunch almost every day. A great experience and a wonderfully local menu.

Early afternoon:
4266658706_a15d97fca4
Guided tour of the ‘Galleria Ferrari’ in Maranello
A dynamic exhibition that continuously updates over time: in addition to the most significant classic cars and old pieces, like the first Ferrari car, the 125 S of 1947, and Enzo Ferrari’s office in the Ferrari Racing team premises in Modena, the Museum also shows the newest racers and Granturismo, unveiling the Company’s new models at the same time as the most important international car shows. The Museum represents all values of the Ferrari brand: passion for competitions, technological innovation, team spirit and customer care. All elements that have turned the ‘Prouncing Horse’ into one of the best known and most loved exclusive brands in the world.
